Kendal Glover Michael quarles gold coaching
18 February 2019 | 16 replies
I have been trying to schedule a recap meeting, and give the team a chance to explain and hopefully make things right, but it’s like pulling teeth trying to schedule any appointments with James(sales rep) and Michael. We had requested to speak with Michael numerous times, or have him review our program, to hopefully provide a bit of reassurance- as we did drop ~$20,000 hard-earned dollars into the program, but we are still waiting-not holding our breath. To boot, we have numerous charges that hit our account post-contract.

We all know those agents that can be overly sensitive in thinking that you're attempting to solicit their listing, even though your INTENT is to potentially buy (not list) the property.I have to speak with my broker about sending out direct mail marketing as an investor (not a realtor).

I just started my direct mailing campaign, and sent out quite a few non-probate postcards, but it seems to me that probate leads are more sensitive in that names have to be correct (don't want the letter to be addressed to a dead guy!).

Since wholesaling is my chosen avenue to get involved with real estate investing (due to my desire to scale my business based upon being self-reliant in finding deals for fixing-and-flipping in the future), I'm a little sensitive to (perceived) acts of disregard for the profession.

Adam Jordan Probate results!

You need to get your volumes WAY up to play probates.Probates are a bit better than just mailing to owner occupants, but we've found that they are expensive to market to (plus you need to be SUPER sensitive in the communications with them), and this prospect pool is not as productive for us as - for example - absentee owners.Everyone thinks probates are great and they are, but they are not easy or cheap to develop as prospects.

RDE is such a large company they are hyper sensitive to litigation so make their education so mellow that you could Google a topic and come away with as much info.

We organize the list by the letters we want to go out first (time sensitive, most interesting, etc..) that way we can get those out the door asap.Another thing that works well for my husband and I is prewriting.
