I host a flip showcase once a month that I share details of the latest flip for local investors,  Next one is this Wednesday, and our monthly REIA meeting is 2nd Tuesday of the month in Gurnee if you want to join us.

Let me tell you my experience - when the latest phil grove class gets out in some part of TX, the new investors start calling me on my craig's list ads picking my brain for information about our business.
