@Avi Garg  As with everyone else - First off - CONGRATULATIONS on revving up the machine - not sure about selling your place though - Second of all - could I have the name of your financier too?  

Some people sware by the Ozone machines (Remediation Specialists) but I've had good luck using big carpet fans blowing and leaving the windows open for 2 days if it's just smoke smell, cooking odors or pet urine.  

Today the selling agent told my agent that when she called Ocwen to find out the status of the offer, the phone number went to an answering machine that said Ocwen no longer talks to real estate agents?

No, we didn't, you better bring (fax machine was still a few years off) a copy over so we can look at the signatures, because they can't be right.Twenty minutes later, she called me and said not to bother, she could tell the signatures weren't ours just by comparing with the signatures on the offer sheet.Long story short, selling agent got canned, her broker begged us not to sue.

Given the age of the machine, it's reached the end of it's useful life and probably would have had problems within the term of her tenancy.
