On the other side of that coin as other members have pointed out these are not areas that many of us would enjoy a 9:30pm 10pm dog walk right before bed.My personal suggestion would be based on counties rather than just areas, but I am news so my logic maybe bias based on other factors and my personal knowledge of the area.

The time saved collecting and depositing coins at a bank was a no brainer for me.

I had coin based machines in a multi-family I owned and didn't have any issues. 

I don’t necessarily want to install coin op because I don’t want the hassle of having to go to the property to exchange the quarters etc.

To say I'll start in wholesaling is a flip of the coin, to make money doing that you need an invenotry of properties that can be purchased considerably under the ARV allowing rehabbers or others to make a profit or to sell off the landlords.

He lives there and has good tenants - not low income, but not professional, either -- has coin ops.
