Trust me on this, I'm an accountant.But cost segregation is the magic bullet!

Not a magic bullet like the turnkey companies claim to have.

I let them read over my addendum and its one of the top bullets, I dont try to hide it, and 99% of the time they never say anything about it so I just move forward with the contract.

Fortunately, I was able to formulate an agreement that the existing neighbor agreed to - sweating bullets because the sale depended on his cooperation- and that the bank/buyer agreed to.  

But that probably won't matter when THE BULLET TRAIN is up and running.

Just gotta bite the bullet.

I just assume put a bullet in my head than have ANYTHING to do with the current GOP leadership....and I'm a registered republican..... but rather than get into a political discuss on a RE site, we'll just leave it at that and move on....Like many issues that real focus has to be on working to solve the "WHY".... not the symptom of the issue itself.

A kindergarten in similar neighborhood asked students on TV if they know what a bullet found at playground is.

I think most of BP would disagree with Ramsey's advice about real estate and debt, but there is one bullet here that states "Real estate should only be about 5% of your portfolio."

I'm glad to know you got more opinions from mold companies and dodged a bullet.
