Last week a woman posted on Facebook a letter her landlord sent her, stating her rent was being raised from $2,145 a month to $8,900 and that her security deposit would now be $12,500 A MONTH.

A half hour later he got a call from a different woman saying she'd like to rent the house at that address. 

And he was in a pair of jeans and a T-shirt while the old woman was in a heavy woolen coat that look like it was made in Russia with a babushka wrapped around her head, muff, mittens and was slumped half way out of her wheel chair, most likely from heat exhaustion as it was a terribly warm day out and even warmer inside the court room, with all these people.

The police found the woman hiding in a stairwell and when questioned, she gave another unit number.

The big upstairs unit is rented to a woman who is very nice, and always pays her rent on time.  

Woman abuse centers, Rehabilitation centers, Witness Protection, etc.

@Joseph Shevy,I ask any people who are thinking about becoming a landlord, if they could evict a pregnant woman in the month of December?

I am screening a woman and her fiance (mid 40's) who have lived in TX for 4 years. 

While replying to another thread about family size, I was reminded of two separate incidents regarding size of another nature.The first was a few years ago when I showed a vacant 2BR/1BA house to woman who had called and asked about the property.
