I just moved to Georgia a couple of weeks ago, and am currently in the process of closing on my first flip deal (05/14 fingers crossed).

I live outside of Ithaca NY and would like to keep my investment within the Finger Lakes area, once again another mental block, it makes me nervous to have all my money (investment) far away from me. 

To be honest, I probbbaly make them all, my fingers fly faster than the snapse sparks.

My suggestion is to pick up the phone and let your fingers wander.

They have their finger on the pulse of the market and will have the best idea.

I swear Russell Brazil is in my head, and just has faster fingers than I do.

One particular unit always seemed to have electrical issues, never could put my finger on it until just after the tenant moved out.

I've got my fingers crossed that it's just one of those fairy tale deals you hear about from time to time - you know, "I bought my first house for 8 dollars and just sold it to Adele for 400 million." 

I'm finding that around the finger lakes in New York, certain lakes aren't consistently booked out for the summer at this point already.
