Hey Akash Y.San Diego is absolutely a year-round vacation destination, especially areas like Downtown and Mission Beach.We don't exactly do the whole "season" thing here haha.

Popular east coast destinations- New York, DC, etc- are 5-6 hours away by car and the city is great mix of neighborhoods with solid universities and REI opportunity everywhere!

Students, young professionals, and young families who still want to be close to city living but want the better schools or the nicer address would be happy to rent in Webster whereas Kirkwood seems like more of a destination location to put down roots.
