Makes complete sense.Considering STR or Multi....Currently my wife manages 100% of our Airbnb/Vrbo/cleaners/taxes/etc and I do updates/reno and manage local PM for exterior (4bd/4ba).

It's rewarding and it's money coming in, but it's a hell of a lot of work and coordinating cleaners, spa, check ins, answering calls at 5am, setting special loud alarms on your phone to wake you up at 3am to approve a new booking...etc

My concern is if it’s more easily damaged – I read that you have to use a specific ph cleaner and can’t have too much excess water (like mopping) or it will damage the terazzo and cost more to fix.

Contractors can smell a fish immediately, and I know this is going to piss people off on these forums, but the reality is, the world is chuck full of ones who will take you to the cleaners and back again, and think nothing of it when they sit in the front row at church on Sunday.

Once you have them in there you can have a cleaner come in and tidy up the shared spaces weekly so it stays nice.
