Their attitude was:" you would'not be able to bring us to the court. by the time , we are already gone" So , my point is : legal power is so powerful to overpower the humanity.  

@Vinny Gaines Very good attitude, treating you financiers money exactly as you want to treat your own; and knowing when to walk away is half the battle, in this case: battle won.

It seems like you have an A+ attitude and willingness t learn and any local agent or team would be lucky to have you.

Is the market that HOT in KC that this is the attitude?

Hopefully we can see just how easy this could happen.The attitude that new note investors seem to take is as I have stated, looking for some little list of ideas to not do.  

I think that part of that had to do with reading lots of books, applying action items to the real world and having a positive attitude towards learning and growing.my goal is to learn a few things from Rich Dad and apply them and get out of the rat race by November 2008.

They are mostly nice people, but sales people and not investors. when you talk to them they seem to have an attitude that they completely understand what you need/want, but usually they don’t put their money there and most don’t have ANY investments neither experience investing.I personally don’t believe that any investor should relay on a realtor for negotiations or advise at all. 

There's no problem a can-do attitude and more money can't solve.
