We are still close to DC and can jump on a bus and be in DC in minutes. 

I doubt most seniors are abusing RMs because the loan product is expensive and, like I said above, they would be using a better loan if they could.IMO, RMs are a numbers game for the lenders and a free money grab for many borrowers.
