Too much time listening to sports radio in the truck, and at home I dont really listen too much to any music.I really was a product of the early 90's, so the music I really will always enjoy are from bands such as Pearl Jam, Alice n Chains, Candlebox, Stone temple Pilots, Soundgarden and Nirvana.I really like any band with Dave Grohl such as Queens of the Stone Age and Foo Fighters.

The areas where we're looking are southern Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn.I'm an attorney, barred in New York (however, my practice isn't real estate related), and my brother's a tech entrepreneur with a couple start-ups under his belt.

The exclusion of the attic also means you have a smaller conditioned space to heat and cool.In some situations- retrofit of a an old Queen Anne/Second Empire / Victorian balloon framed building or construction of a new cathedral ceiling - insulation of the ceiling/attic floor assembly may not be sufficient to achieve air tightness (balloon framed) or possible (cathedral ceiling).
