I'm sure they could go fudge the books but it's more effort that a single-owner manipulating their spreadsheet.

(I hold agents on this forum, like all of us collectively learning, in high regard)But the subject of this thread is based on landlords who are manipulating the market by warehousing apartments.

Temp is usually around 0 this time of year, but is 36 right now!).

I am in Chandler, and I think the off-season is more muted in Tempe/Chandler/Gilbert.

We spent nearly $15k of our own money to help him and you manipulated him into believing something that wasn't true.  

Our economies, financial instruments, accounting, market manipulation, crony capitalism, derivates, currency printing and delinking from gold standard leave our economy extremely complicated and fragile compared to 1929 when things were not as complicated.

Along the lines of what @Mike McCarthy said, why not offer a generator to the building and run temp power to the necessities. 

If a tenant asks for a lease modification because of a loss of job permanent/temp/reduction in hours/reduction in pay.
