One came with a note from a counselor who "prescribed" the animal and told the mother she would turn her over to child protective services if she didn't fill the "prescription".  

This matter was discussed within a month, might search "property line" and "adverse possession" "prescriptive easements" are threads that touch on the matter.What you need is a proper survey from the seller, the seller must provide good title, the listing agent knows this.

Not to mention they are selling drugs.

Ban smokers and pets.Have a roommate agreement with things like: parties, overnight guests, no drugs, no smokers, when rent is due and late fees, etc.Put in the lease how much notice they have to give you to leave, like 30 days.

Singapore prefers to send all of those cars to South America etc.One thing I did like, is when I got off the ship I was given a card warning that Singapore was a zero tolerance country when it comes to drugs, punishable by death!!!!!!!!

They don’t care if you rob, rape, sell drugs or commit other violent crime, just no “gun violence”.

Only one of them is involved with drugs.
