As typical in society today, instead of addressing the source of the problem, we enable deadbeats and penalize the successful. 

Enabling people with spending problems is doing them a disservice.

However, it doesn’t have to happen to you, nor should it.You will hear that deadbeat tenants know all the rules, which enable them to stay in your property month after month without paying any rent.

It's bad enough that we (myself included) often enable bad behavior, but we certainly don;t need to actively encourage and reward it.

In my opinion all that will do is enable you to let go some stress.  

If I can help by enabling you to be better leveraged knowing it’s also going to help me in the end where-by we both mutually benefit then why not?!
