The average Joe does not know about comps, or how appraisals are form, or how much is their home really worth for resale, or that the asking price of the home has the listing realtor fees included in that price, or a offer of 80-90% of a asking price for a home is a good if not great offer, or they can sale their home just as easy as a realtor can if they can spare 10 hrs a week, have a facebook, twiter, youtube or craigslist account and have $100 for newspaper ads.

It has 170K.My wife drives a 2002 Honda Odyssey with 220K.And our spare car is a rusted to hell 1997 Tahoe with 255K.We don't put virtually any money toward cars.
