I had two people from one major company come out to bid extensive outside projects: deck and fencing; closet, bathroom, entry area.

There's plenty of room for a bedroom & it only requires a wall (there's already a big closet in that space), so it's pretty low hanging fruit. 

I would normally not do so; however, the thing is that there's only a washer/dryer "closet" that will fit a stack.

As I said the property was ~200sqft larger than the rest of the track houses because it had a had a huge permitted loft (~200sq.ft) with a standard size closet (if needed the loft can be a 6th room).

After having the floors done and walls painted (was half finished before) , I realized that I was missing 2x things to be a bedroom, a closet and a source of heat (casually slipped my mind with everything going on with a reno downstairs lol).

Alot of paint, closet doors, flooring, people...My best rentals are 2 bedroom and rent for $850-900 per month.

I bought a portable induction burner from Costco in anticipation of not having gas available in my Honolulu retirement condo.  

While I was viewing, I noticed one of the closets had a fowl smell in it, but neither me, the owner, or tenant could tell what it was.

Front living area: We initially thought this front room was going to be uncomfortably small, but getting furniture to scale actually made the space feel larger and more functional.Dining and kitchen areas, also a half bath to the right of the dining space:Heading upstairs, we have two bedrooms (one with Troy's custom balcony), a laundry room, and a bathroom with double vanity.Tub photo makes it look extremely short, it's a standard length and soaking depth.Now heading up to the third floor master suite and walk-out roof deck:Closets closets everywhere.
