I really want to live in Europe again and have been eyeing Golden Visa schemes where if you buy a certain value of real estate a country will give you a renewable residence visa.  

The golden nugget from this coaching has been the idea of a "power hour" or simply locking myself in my office for 60 uninterrupted minutes and just getting on the phone to say "hi" to everyone in my SOI.  

As long as you have a documented inspection with date/time stamped photos as proof of the condition it was left in and the text confirming they have vacated you are golden.

"Enjoying" the cash flow before then is killing the goose that lays the golden egg. 

Does a large investment scare you, or do you see the payoff as a golden nugget on the hilltop?

Once I got them out and cleaned and painted and hung new blinds and replaces light globes, it was a pretty decent place.
