Have your lease state "no smoking of ANY substance".......If its legal in the state to posses, then you cant do anything.Growing is really a matter of scale..... people have "normal" plants, so you cant really stop them form having a few marijuana plants..... but you can state in your lease that you do not permit growing or heat lamps for "agriculture".......Again what your are really trying to do it protect your unit form damage....so keep all wording and items within that midframe

Honestly, I somewhat blame the YouTube/TikTok finance space and some of BP's newer podcast episodes which can have titles that are a little clickbait, "The 3 Steps to Go From Broke to Millionaire in 2023", "This Tropical Airbnb makes $150k/Year", "$1M/Year with 9 Rental Properties".
