I went and spoke to the law student housing director and they actually offered to advertise my vacancies on their facebook page, because they didn't have enough housing for all students and it was beneficial for them to be able to help find housing for the students.I found the off-campus housing page for Tulane on their website, but I think you'd be better off to call the law school directly and ask them how to advertise furnished rooms for rent to law students.I'd offer them month-to-month contracts. 

I loved law students, and I went to the law school to ask about putting ads up on a bulletin board somewhere, and the housing director there said she'd be happy to list my vacancies on their facebook page!  

I will be speaking to the planning director sometime this week and will host a happy hour event in the Springs on Monday  to talk about what I know. 

Get some nice tree stumps for "chairs" - looks great in the photos and is super cheap3.
