I'm excited for your trip down to the queen city, it's a great spot if I do say so myself! 

It appears as everything has doubled or tripled in price within the last year from Bk and Queens investors entering the market. 

As Account Closed mentioned above Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Chandler etc might offer you better cash flow on the dollars invested if that is your goal?
