The defaulted borrowers resort to many different tactics to stave off the foreclosure; I have seen houses scheduled for sale two days before the sheriff sale no longer be on the list the day before the sheriff sale.

Do you have to resort to billbacks when a later sub damages work completed by an earlier sub (example being drywall guy drives screw missing a stud, but hitting electrical wiring adjacent to stud - and other similar boo-boos)?
