Most the time there is just trucks parked in the Tesla spots, lol.those super chargers your talking about are for cross country travel.. they are on every major north south and east west interstate.. that allow you to go from super charger to super charger with no worries.. some cars with the bigger battery capacity can leap frog the ones with minimal battery will make  1 more or maybe 2 more stops per 600 miles.. depends on temp and terrain..

Some would call in manipulating the market.

Kicking folks out who can't make their rent due to temp employment concerns is another way to end up depleting your reserves and having no choice but to sell. 

owner occ houses are doing quite well right now given the rates.. so i dont see a crash if anything i see owner occ purchases at the median price point in given markets to continue to be robust.. and on the investment side a flight to fixed assets and safety even if their is a temp issue with getting tenants or collecting rent.... stability will be important..

There is a culture of manipulation, lying and cheating in China that people in the US can't fathom. 

That is the way for today's mass manipulation and the herd was born to follow.
