Paying more likely means that a subsequent buyer would have to bring more than $10K additional to the closing. 

I'm not mad at them.....free market enterprise and all that....but when (some) folks see that in an intitial thread the peron posing a question doesn't have a picture on their profile......AND they also don't have a profile even halfway filled out, they generally don't take you as serious as others.
