Then, their entire business plan is formed on the belief they can raise rents at least $100.00 a unit per month and get the wrong PM etc... it is a viscious cycle!!

Above all the belief in the attainment of wealth through persistence and faith.

Counter to belief large corporations love regulations because they can afford to comply with them while their smaller competitors cannot. 

It's also hard to just rid yourself of those close people that are negative but what I've done is find new people that had similar goals and beliefs and allow their opinions to push me along and at least balance the positive and negative.

You don't know me nor my beliefs, and so absolutely incorrectly laid accusations here.

Contrary to popular belief, investing in San Diego is just as much within reach as investing in alot out of state markets. 

If we think that buyers are nuts, we have limiting beliefs and are wrong.
