If everyone in the world, and their vision, was even worth the paper its written on, we would be having a different POTUS now. 

I don't need any variances/special considerations (at least not yet) but you are right, the idea behind this is to get to know what are the future plans/ vision of th local community.

I also love to get inspired by other's goals and visions of where they see themselves.I am very ambitious not only for myself but for people who share the same desires as I do.  

Michael, you have the advantage of already having the passion & vision of knowing you want to pursue real estate as a vocation.

All I can say, is that he's a very strong-minded person with a vision to help people in the way he can: he never spoke to me about anything other that helping me in real estate (no my favorite weather/book/color stuff, no his world real estate projects).His methods work.

I almost jumped the gun with a purchase that goes completely against my vision, luckily I pulled out of offer on time without losing my deposit. 

Assistance animals perform many disability-related functions, including but not limited to, guiding individuals who are blind or have low vision, alerting individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to sounds, providing protection or rescue assistance, pulling a wheelchair, fetching items, alerting persons to impending seizures, or providing emotional support to persons with disabilities who have a disability-related need for such support.

Its also important that they allow hands on client relationships, and allow a vision to be created collaboratively. 

Now I know better and plan for much longer duration's.Another is thinking that prospective tenants can have the same vision as I do.  

We discussed our visions as well as our ethics in doing business and found that we are on the same page about a lot of things we feel are important in business and life in general.
