I observe and report the property as I see it and the Lender will let me know how to deal with that specific situation (lack of flooring).

Good observation Ali, that is true on any site, any RE ad, any RE listing.

Here are some very general observations:1.

Good observation Steve, I see it as a time saver and not having to stay at the Hilton, or where ever.....okay, I'd stay at my cabin at the lake :)

Of course, this is only one man's observation so please take it with a grain of salt.  

Thats what the lazy landlord series is an opportunity to  observe  methodology. good or bad right or wrong.

Then, once you have observed what's out there, hire the next person who comes along that is the "best yet" for the job.

You can even Hear and talk back through the camera if you needed to talk to a contractor on site and see what they were observing at the same time.
