I had to do some heavy drinking today to make up for it!

@jim Sheridan did not read your post apparently and has been drinking kegs of the LLC kool-aid.

As long as rent is paid, deposits maintained, maintenance split between responsible parties, and all rules are followed, you don’t have to worry about being drinking buddies (in a year or so).

Drink and food service will be the majority revenue generator not "a room". 

If you are going to the REICofK meeting at the Boathouse food and drinks (including cold beer) are served on Tuesday night. 

I developed a drinking habit I'm not too proud of because I was so unhappy.

People looking to buy a house, people looking to rent, people looking to make money, people looking to build wealth for their future, people looking to find other people like them, people looking to drink a cup of coffee with someone that took the time to meet them and find out what makes them tick. 

If anybody is interested in grabbing a drink or bite to eat to chat, just let me know. 

We don't even miss all of the garbage we were consuming (e.g. jet skis that we didn't use, out to eat at restaurants we barely enjoyed, binge drinking nights out we don't even remember, etc.)If we did the above, we'd be retired and would have been able to do cool things with our three kids from the day they were born.
