My cell phone number is plastered everywhere and I give it out all the time.

We used a professional photographer which was better than our cell phone pics.

Really, my cell phone has an appointment list to the day, even an alarm to remind me.

It has a sophisticated battery management system that keeps the cells at a proper temperature range.

Every tenant has my cell phone number and I think each correspondence is an opportunity to impress your tenants. 

Thankfully the park should have great cell and internet service since it's on the edge of town.
