I'm hoping to bounce some ideas around to kick me out of this funk I'm in.This is probably the third or forth time I've written this post over the past few months and I always delete it since I can't seem to word it in way that makes sense.

This website will be here for you to bounce ideas off the rest of us 'veterans'.I was recently at a small event chatting with Brandon Turner (from BP), and I was just blown away at the guys brain, his drive, his passion, his portfolio.

At end asks if I have any questions, well hell yeah how about this giant purple poka-dotted elephant bouncing around the room! 

Another reason to collect cash , it’s old school but uncle Ben doesn’t bounce or mysteriously disappear out of my pocket 

Potentially saves you some time as the fakes will bounce and just go to the next listing as you've tipped your hand that you will fully screen.

So I looked it up online, couldn’t find any reviews, but I found the website and then the second red flag came when I emailed their info@ email and it bounced back. 

The market crashed 39.5% to March 2012 Bottom and bounced back 28.57%.

I am about to close on my first rental property in the states, so I am pretty excited and want to bounce investment strategies off of someone.
