More than I could count cause in this market it happen to me so why not just buy the property yourself, eliminate the stressful seller and deal with another kind of stress with 75% you mention.In this business your always going to have some sort of stress but I believe getting stress from agents wasting your time is much more better stress than sellers constantly changing thier mind and inflicting false hope that your might or might not have a deal.

There's this incredibly naive belief that, when profits and long-standing systems of control are threatened, big business and government will play fair and "do the right thing," allowing their power to dissolve and their profits to disappear, when history teaches us that is absolutely false.

My frustration is not at the price wholesalers sell the property for, its the ones that have no ability to close if they can not sell and give the owners false hope on selling then dump the contract when they can not close.

Apparently, they changed the locks because they falsely claimed the lock on the back door was broken which in and of itself wasn't a problem, but they never asked or notified me and  then expected me to pay for it.

Thanks for sharing. my wife and I are looking to buy property outside of town, and in our market there has been kind of a false increase in property "land" value because of the legalization of weed in our state. now that people have realized that if everyone is growing weed and nobody can sell it, there are a lot of properties coming on the market. that's why I am thinking our money will be able to go further in a few years.

And if she isn't really hurt they'll realize they're committing fraud for a false claim...it sounds like they were just upset and making "in the moment" requests.My take on this situation:  1) Don't Panic2) Get insurance involved right away (I bet it ends right there)3) Fix the cabinets and anything else not secure or up to code in the house4) Don't renew the lease and get the tenants out of there5) Rent to new great tenants and restore peace of mind***also just a quick note.....
