Like the personal finance app Mint.com you can connect all accounts and ruin reports from expenses income etc..It looks like you can have multiple users, scan receipts from your phone app that will update automatically on the desktop platform, and it even lets you create/delete categories and account types.

That would ruin everything. 

All other rentals are ok, usually just professionally cleaning the carpets is enough..But after those who ruined the carpets now I have to change the flooring and thinking what will be the most durable for tenants like that?
