However, I know I'm newer to the real estate game, so I'm trying to break any limiting beliefs after seeing these success stories. 

For me, it was self-belief. 

Watching your savings grow is exciting, cause you know you are getting closer to investing in RE.No matter how much you save per month, whether it is $200.00 a month or $20.00 a month , the golden key is the DISCIPLINE in saving religiously and consistently.

Or atleast that is the popular belief here and what everyone around me has said .

Beliefs about money being evil are deep seeded in our brains and reinforced daily by the media.

Our minds and through Personal development it can be drawn out is my belief .

Then, their entire business plan is formed on the belief they can raise rents at least $100.00 a unit per month and get the wrong PM etc... it is a viscious cycle!!

Nice to hear that we are not alone in our beliefs!

First off, as long as it's not illegal or immortal, or there is no other objection (specifically religious), then for my mind, go ahead.Part if the negativity comes from the "debt collecting" part of the job, "throwing" folks out of their houses, taking advantage of little old ladies and the like.

You need to 100% believe you are gonna be a success in whatever you want to obtain and cut out the limiting beliefs or you will end up nowhere.
