See where the market generally is, go with rates that are reasonable so families can afford them but I still make decent money, and not worry about all the problems people keep them complaining about when some pricing tool doesn’t integrate properly. I don’t go with a flat rate but I know generally where I wanna be different times of the year and tweak accordingly.

I just ordered one after realizing that there's an option to pilot in one STR to start, as well as the additional capabilities of monitoring motion, listening for smoke alarms, and integrating with smart home systems, which I use pretty heavily to automate check-in/out.

On the MHU course they gave a good analogy of the structural integrity of a MH... they compared a MH to a shoe box... where the roof of a MH would be akin to the lid on a shoe box.
