I was instantly hooked listening to an episode or two every day.

I have come across "shady" agents before but those are always the "pocket" style listings or reos that are impossible to get into and then sell almost instantly and more then likely to that agents buyers or friends.

At $350k I couldn’t have turned down $40k in instant equity plus the probably $10-$20k its gown up over the last 2-3 months.

Coming up with a plan and having it instantly shattered isn't ideal, but its definitely better than proceeding with a poor plan.

Look at each deal as it comes and in light of the market at that instant.
