You say you are checking for repairs to the property but you are also looking for unauthorized pets, tenants there not screened and not on the lease, drugs, criminal activity  etc.

Property has no drugs & no crime and school district is good.

I've always had the general feeling that Barstow is not a great area (drugs, crime, poor schools).
