Basically what that means for me is when I go to Home Depot, which is in an adjacent town, I tell them about the permit and they charge me a lesser sales tax rate. 

I mean i am sitting in the airport lounge in Portland and i am doing deals in Baltimore  LOL... just pullin your leg but not really.I think getting in with high producing agents is a huge benefit for folks..

My cash flow buyers are in the 'off brand' locations in south city (C Class), the investment/development adjacent areas of North City (d class) and parts of North County.My A & B class buyers are in Benton Park, Benton Park west off Cherokee, Christy Park, Princeton Heights, Southwest Gardens, and North & South Hampton neighborhoods.  

I came across an uncontrolled airport for sale and was curios about it.

Different worlds.Most of my clients out of state that look in other states want major metros not venturing too far out from the airports in a certain drive radius.I can find high caps in rural areas.

There are times you can find the "corner" of that zip code or neighborhood that is actually a great pocket, and the general public thinks of that area as part of the adjacent better area.

Looking at adjacent houses, this property should have been broken up in the past but never was.
