I assume it is fine to seal and paint over the asbestos as long as there isn't any damage to it. 

Do you have to seal it in any way @Will Grabert?

I had a similar situation and just kept the envelope sealed placed it in their file.

You need a signed contract and earnest money to seal the deal.

Also, on the envelope, use a real stamp and do not seal the envelope, but rather just tuck the lip into the body.

As I understand it, when you break the trap seal, that's when you need a plumbing license.

@Bob Malecki was actually one of the people who inspired us to consider Note investing after we watched a webinar he did, then we read a great book for newbies by @Martin Saenz that sealed the deal.

Then you spend the money to replace the rubber seal ONLY to have them call you AGAIN a few months later when they repeat their mistake and cause the same result! 

You would run the machine for awhile, maybe even 24-48 hours, with the AC on recirculate but a rather warm temp, 75-80° and house sealed.
