The good news is this issue can be avoided completely by transferring the property into a land trust.While a transfer to an LLC will cause alarms at the bank and prompt them to send you a letter, a transfer to a trust will not.

You are correct that NREIG now have a license in Michigan but the license was not issued until October 2014 which now prompts the question of how were you able to sell insurance products in Michigan during 2012/2013?
