Or they operate more as developers and sell only what they produce.There are many, many investors who have no license and the bulk of all licensed agents do not own an investment property.So, statistics would lead you to believe that to be an investor does not line up with being a licensed sales agent.Get your license if you want to broker houses to the retail public.
