It's an interesting concept because the city needs more development to improve this older-generation neighborhood that is partially run down and quite close to Southtown amenities like the blue star arts district and new mission reach trails.

Same rules apply for flying first class, staying in a 5 star hotel or eating at the best restaurants.

I found one in a High End suite at a 5 star hotel, which is to say they can be anywhere. 

Update - looks like most sites (but not all) have removed "Company C" as the listing brokerage but now has it listed as Company B, and after posting 1-star review to Company C for bait-and-switch tactics, I got a call really fast.The phone number listed under Company C belongs to an agent who does currently work for Company C, but used to work with Company B, and was part of the group fired by Company A for shady practices, but does not belong to the broker who started Company B.Owner of Company C is looking into the issue - says the property is not listed in their database, but will ask the owner of the phone number.

The guys mentioned how they have to be energy star rated, double glazed with argon gas in between the two layers in order to comply with the regulations.

I've had a few "all-star" tenants over the years.My best tenant was an older black man who had been taken advantage of for many years by dirt bag landlords who would rip him off and overcharge for petty things.
