Hi Shawn,I am confused by your situation a little.In another thread a few weeks ago you were asking about commercial real estate and 1.2 million of cash to invest.If that is the case I certainly wouldn't be doing my own management as the time to income factor doesn't make sense.The eviction and other items guy number one isn't doing is the heavy lifting stuff.Based on the rents you are talking about it would seem you are renting out higher end properties if these are SFR's with those rent rates.

I'm not sure what the current statutes on vacation rentals are, but the Colliseum hosts large concerts on a fairly regular basis so if you wanted to go that route you could get a house and vacation rental it in the Spring Garden/Chapman area.
