@Aaron Mazzrillo  good points I think you will see as markets tighten, many folks are going to rethink the teaching your competition your go to methods or strategies ( unless you can get compensated for them)One thing about marketplace is you do have a lot of newer investors posting there.. and many get devils advocate type of posts and have to try to defend why their deal is a deal and I think some get pissed off and others may learn why their deals are not really deals.Lots of white noise on Marketplace and a lot of scammers as well.
