Just ask for a call log if they're using their own phone.

Just logged in again and they seem to be visible now. 

I think on my first attempt it timed out without populating all of the fields.Anyway, if I use Listsource again I will definitely follow Michael's advice and log in during off-peak hours.

The problem for Josh is that they don't take into consideration if you log into the site as a member.
