Has your writer's cramp eased a bit today?

Would be interesting to understand your thought process as it clearly greatly differs from my own.You're a compelling writer, I enjoyed your first post in this thread.

I have found my LLCs to be the best fit for passive income, long-term commercial asset holds.Nowhere in any of that is short or no-term wholesaling of residential houses.A lot of short-term, active income operators (wholesalers, flippers, managers, book-writers, etc) for SE advantages, set up an s-corp or have an LLC that is taxed as an s-corp.Wholesaling and flipping are jobs.

I offer month to month lease, if they stay less than 6 months I charge a redecorating fee of $250.00 I write rent is guaranteed rate for 12 months on my lease.. so usually they stay 12 months, and if they are bad I can get rid of them with a 30 day notice..Get familiar with your state landlord tenant laws so have the proper leasing documents. 

You have to provide value to people in the business somehow.I just hired two letter writers off a craigslist ad I posted.

I also drove for ride share companies and came through a writer who referred bigger pockets to me.
