I am moving in with my fiance following our wedding.

So i have a nice little portfolio going at the moment.My daily life consists of being a professional photographer (Weddings, Portraits and Artistic are in my portfolio but 360º virtual Real Estate is actually my big niche where I live) but I am always eager to expand on my little Central Florida experiment.Having gotten bitten by the bug my goals are to pay down/off my rental mortgages that I currently have as well as expand the number of units I own.

I have a wedding coming up in August and my fiance says no more rentals until after that as she needs help with wedding planning, but we'll see if I find a good deal :)

I'm a member of the local Mid-Hudson Valley REIA and just got an email from the leader that the Wed/Sat events with Robyn Thompson has not been sold out.

The SouthSide group is having a meeting this Wed, 2/4/15 at 6:30 pm at the Piccadilly in College Park off of Old Nat'l Hwy/Godby Rd. 

It took me a few years to get here with my wife from Viet Nam and they looked up our buttox with a microscope to make sure there was no wedding fraud.  

She found a beaten up triplex for $198,000 in a better block and it has paid for student loans, a wedding and living expenses when times were real tough.

Buying to hold is like getting married, you don't cheap out on the wedding, and you got to think long term.
