I find it easier to work with people and let them know the boundaries they have to operate in with their pets than to simply say no. 

Either way can work, it won't be easy where deals will pop up in your lap

But I do keep boundaries to prevent micro managing.

Make sure that you are sending any rents received via Venmo directly to your business account and not your personal account.
