When I did Aheroshome charity that I started with other BP members and we gave a home away last year to a deserving veteran ( for  FREE).

I am a disabled veteran and receiving about $2k every month for my 15 years all over the map.That information was very much helpful and I appreciate the time.    

When I hired this type of work out, I put together a full job description as if I were hiring a photographer/videographer.

They use a program on a tablet that walks them through what to look at and what to photograph.

No doubt the Scottsdale market is very saturated with short term rentals, but it is obvious to me that the underperforming properties are homes that are not designed properly, not photographed properly, not optimized properly, and not priced properly.I'm also fully aware of the mountain of headaches and heartaches that will come with running a business like this.. but I'm here for the challenge.Shout out to BP because a big part of what motivated me to take this journey and where I got a lot of the education needed to do this is via a weekly mastermind that I'm a part of that I found through a post in this community a few years back.Anyways, not sure who cares or if anybody out there has any thoughts, questions, comments etc.

If you are a veteran or the child of a veteran then I recommend USAA - their landlord policy is excellent and not expensive.

Another one suggeste was USAA my father was a veteran but abandon my mother when I was young child and I don't have proof that he served in the Army.
