Another thing to look out for, is if the pay stubs says the company, in this case it was Ruby Tuesdays on the pay stub with the company logo.

Curious as to why I always see the same bland flyers “ we buy houses for cash” is there a reason to not brand the flyers with your LLC or some kind of logo?

Then used Fiverr.com to hire a freelancer to create a logo which you can see here in my signature.

Because it takes 3 years to design a good logo.

Is there an option to upload a logo to the new Fix and Flip Calculator?

You can even buy him a nice polo shirt with your company logo on it so he looks official.
