Best bet is likely (not absolute - everyone's situation is different) is to look at a national lender or broker that has options in lots of states - its a great development versus 20 odd years ago, with technology, internet, places like this - can have access to many more options than before (local broker or lender thats it)

I dont know how many units you are talking about, my biggest problem was tenants having easy access to me.I finally decided to use a software and got an internal property manager so moved away from it.Currently setting up the maintenance request portion of it, so will see how it goes.

technically yes but I am not sure how realistic it is unless its a very large parcel. reason I say that is typically when you give up rights they will use them (for example oil well), which requires access etc.
